Crystal, a native of Buda, TX, began her career in medical cosmetics in 2013 after graduating from nursing school. She has traveled across the U.S. as a master injector and trainer, constantly learning new techniques to stay updated. Her focus is on a natural approach to facial balancing and rejuvenation. Now that her sons are grown, she enjoys pool days, game nights, and motorcycle rides with her family.
Founder & advanced nurse injector
Lisa has lived in the Austin area for over 20 years and now resides in Driftwood, TX, with her husband and two daughters. After graduating from nursing school, she worked in the emergency room until starting her family. With Crystal's guidance, she found her passion in aesthetics, specializing in full-face rejuvenation. She constantly learns new techniques to achieve natural results. Lisa enjoys the beach, traveling, date nights with her husband, and watching her daughters grow.
Family nurse practitioner & wellness provider
Danielle, originally from Pittsburgh, moved to Houston as a travel nurse in 2018 and decided to stay in Texas after meeting her husband. They moved to Austin in 2019 and recently settled in Kyle. Before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2022, she worked in the ICU during the pandemic. Although she has worked in geriatrics, she has always been passionate about aesthetics and is now starting her journey at Fresh Face. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and home improvement projects.

Jadyn, originally from Lockhart, Texas, joined the Fresh Face team after attending the Paul Mitchell School in Austin. Passionate about helping people embrace their natural beauty, she is dedicated to guiding them toward healthy, glowing skin. Specializing in skincare and brows, she enjoys makeup, shopping, and traveling in her free time.
Patient care coordinator
Kyrsten, originally from Kyle, TX, studied merchandising and business at the University of North Texas. After graduating, she fell in love with the medical spa industry and is passionate about helping people look and feel their best. Outside of Fresh Face, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, and coaching indoor cycling classes. She is also a cat lover and shares her life with her cat, Draco.
Founder & medical director
Dr. Cooper, originally from Detroit, Michigan, attended the University of Michigan and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he completed his Internal Medicine residency in Phoenix, Arizona. He moved to Austin in 2012, starting his career as a nocturnist and hospitalist. He enjoys engaging with his patients and staying updated on new medical innovations and practices.
